Investigation management

Trained professional investigators carry out Disciplinary and Grievance investigations, in confidence, covering a wide range of issues. The Investigator keeps the you up to date with the changing and emerging issues and risks

Advice and guidance

We support your organisation / managers on complex cases, where your own Investigator has been appointed but would like remote advice and guidance available for your Investigator to access.

Investigation training

We also provide training to support your managers and toolkits to streamline the process.

Delivering on-site Disciplinary Investigations and Disciplinary Hearing training, we apply your internal Policies and Procedures making the training both relevant and bespoke; allowing delegates to develop essential basic skills in undertaking employee investigations and Chairing Hearings.
